*Slo Motion BBQ is NOT an allergen-free facility and uses shared equipment. Menu items are free of crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, and sesame, but other allergens (dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, fish) may be present. Caterers cannot guarantee against cross-contamination and are not liable for allergic reactions or adverse effects.

Table Host Information & Responsibilities:

  • Fill table(s), each table seats 8, by inviting friends and acquaintances to hear the YFC vision for Southeastern Wisconsin & Zion, Illinois, (adults only please). There is no cost involved for the dinner, but there will be opportunities for giving that evening.
  • Your guest list is due on April 2nd so that we can give an accurate count to the caterer.
  • Contact guests to remind them about the banquet.
  • On the evening of the Banquet, arrive at 5:45pm to welcome your guests
